Return & Warranty Policy

At Greater Ag Parts, we strive to provide quality parts and a seamless return process. Below are our policies for returns, warranties, and core returns.

Return Policy for Uninstalled Parts

We accept returns for uninstalled parts under the following conditions:

  • Returns within 30 days of shipping – Credit will be issued back to the customer’s account.
  • Returns after 30 days – A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Returns after one yearNot accepted.

Additional Return Conditions

  • We are not responsible for shipping damage.
  • All parts in the product must be returned.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item qualifies for a warranty.
  • Customers can return up to 10% of their total purchases in the last 12 years.
  • Special orders and discontinued products are not eligible for return.
  • Promo orders require offsetting orders.
  • Credit will be issued 2–3 days after we receive the return from our vendors.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers products that have been installed under the following terms:

  • 1-Year Warranty for installed products.
  • Shipping reimbursement is provided if the return qualifies for the vendor’s warranty.
  • We are not responsible for shipping damage.
  • Vendors will inspect the product and issue warranty credit for defects but will not cover failures due to:
    • Modifications
    • Unusual activity or improper use

Return & Warranty Process

To process a return or warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us – We will generate a Return Order Number from the vendor.
  2. Vendor will ship a return label – We will provide you with the Return Order Number to include with your return.
  3. Vendor inspection – If the item was installed, the vendor will inspect it for warranty qualification.
  4. Warranty resolution – If approved, a replacement item will be shipped or credit will be issued back to the customer.
  5. Shipping reimbursement – If the return qualifies under warranty, shipping costs will be refunded.

Core Return Policy

  • Cores must be returned for prepaid core return.
  • If your order includes a core return, we will contact you to discuss the details.
  • Most vendors require a core return form to be filled out – we will provide this form.

  • Some products may become unavailable due to vendor inventory updates. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss any order changes.
  • We are not liable for shipping damage. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
